sautéed the beef, then added the onions and already roasted red peppers with the skin removed. Heading for the slow cooker soon.

Tomates and peppers in, no skin and no seeds, big pain in the ass but delicious. Very labour intensive. Glad I'm only a spectate, God bless my Karen.

All in the AllClad slow cooker, all skin and seeds removed from tomatoes and peppers. Just let the flavours marinate for a while and then turn it into nacho's.
 
1676295161707.jpegthe finished product, worked out very well. Honey hoped it up a bit by broiled a tenderloin and the slicing it up into small slivers and stuffed them in between levels, what a nice touch.
