I have a Work sharp belt sander as well. Im happy with it but it does take some finesse and attention to the degree you want as well as requires belt changing depending on how beat up the item is that you have to sharpen.

I think windfinder is in Meters unless you changed it. Was thinking of going out but might hold off

Leamington launch is one of the best i have seen.

I got one yesterday with a fully spotted v tail and a short anal fin that points to a pink salmon but im not certain on exact species either. No black mouth

Look up the charts and then print them off for your tackle box. I believe charts also come with the dipsies when you purchase them. I dont have them handy or i would send a pic.
