I have a Work sharp belt sander as well. Im happy with it but it does take some finesse and attention to the degree you want as well as requires belt changing depending on how beat up the item is that you have to sharpen.
Marked what appeared to be lots sitting on bottom in 60-80’ of water. Tried the riggers all through the water column and not a touch. Picked up 1 on 7 col lead in that area.

I got one yesterday with a fully spotted v tail and a short anal fin that points to a pink salmon but im not certain on exact species either. No black mouth
Look up the charts and then print them off for your tackle box. I believe charts also come with the dipsies when you purchase them. I dont have them handy or i would send a pic.
