It is pretty good stuff to drink all on it's own too :). Especially after they stop putting Labatt 50 in cans - it jumped to beer #1. Pike look delicious.

They were very good. I like to try and eat my duck “plain” cooked med-rare like steak. I made these into a couple of more family friendly recipes - pesto pizza and fried rice.
