Went to the sale on Sat . Good turnout of vendors . Got there just after 10 am. and it seemed , by what people were walking out with , that the early birds really do get the worms ( or deals in this case ) . Not a total bust as I did pick up a deal on a fishing rod . Didn't look like there were any no shows . Weather held out , as not as bad as they said . Wonder if anyone made it to the Jerseyville gun show on Sun. Usually ends up being a lot of no shows there , if the weather is questionable . I guess it makes sense though , if they're driving from a distance . Congrats on your success .
