My two cents. Careful going to bluffs in small boat it is not protected by the point and the waves get big. Same with most east winds. They rip straight into the bay and the waves pile up quick. Plan your launch based on the area you want to fish. Turkey point for bait island normandale etc. Old cut for millionares and the channel near ec10. And all other advice previously given is right on.

Oh yeah one more thing. Wind apps. Windy and sailflow both good

If you need a map best one is online. Google “navionics web app”. Can be used for anywhere to!
