Made my Walleye jigging debut on the "Big D" Saturday and I must admit, it was a total culture shock from what I'm used to... Way more work than the lazy troll but it was well worth it! I will definitely be back! Although the river has been somewhat disappointing from what past years have produced, it still provided us some entertainment.... A little work paid off and 16 walleye found the inside of the ranger.... 6 fish were released to grow some more but we managed 10 nice fish! Now that I scratched the "itch to fish", the itch is way worse... C'mon warm weather!!
