If I squirrel hunt my favorite bush next week, will it screw up m early control season deer hunt?

Not at all. You're talking 1 month and 2 weeks away. But instead of stalking why not just sit and call? OOD had an article about sitting and calling squirrels and say it's one of the most productive methods.
